There are lots of places online that have adoptable pets that you can watch grow. I use three different sites at the moment: Chicken Smoothie, Dragon Cave and Valenth.
Chicken Smoothie:
Chicken Smoothie is a place where you can adopt growable pets. Unlike Dragon Cave or Valenth, these pets don’t need views or clicks, they grow up on their own without them. Each pet can have several adult variations, so you never know for sure what you’re going to get until it grows up! They have several “species”: Wolf/Dog, Rats, Horses (not growable), Butterfly Wolves, Warrior Cats (not growable). and they have added a new area: Malk.

Dragon Cave:
Dragon Cave is a site where you can “steel” eggs and post them to get views and clicks so that they can grow. You only have 7 days to get them from egg to hatchling, and 7 more days to get them from hatchling to adult. If you don’t give them enough views and clicks they will die. No one knows how many views / unique views / clicks are needed to hatch an egg, so you just get them as many as you can.
Once your dragons are grown you can breed them, and then raise their babies too!

Valenth:
Valenth is similar to DC in that you adopt eggs and after they get so many clicks they grow up. But views aren’t important with these guys, just clicks. Because every time you click them they get “fed”, which helps them grow up. Their picture list their name, gender, and their level. From what I’ve seen Alpha’s (first stage) grow up to the Beta stage at 101 levels, and Beta’s grow up to the final Omega stage at 501 levels.

Another good site is virtuadopt.com. you raise pokemon, but its still fun.
