Routine: Massaged my hair under the water for several minutes. Then I applied a small amount of ACV (no herbs) to my hair and rinsed it out right away. I did some more massaging before getting out.
Results: I saw that my hair only got that waxy feeling in the shower after I used the ACV. I’m only putting 1 tablespoon (or so) in a 13oz container, so it’s pretty diluted, but it did change it. My ends don’t feel dry, so that’s good. My roots and the first couple inches of my hair is greasy, but it doesn’t look bad down.
Next: I’m going to try not useing the ACV next time and see how it goes. I almost didn’t use it yesterday, but I decided to anyway. If it works out that I don’t need the ACV I might try playing around with the herb mix again. I think I won’t do that until I get a base line for what my hair is like.
