I was finally able to get a good night of sleep. I was so tired that I went to bed at 9:30 and slept right up until my alarm went off at 6:30. A blessed 9 hours of sleep! I did actually wake up at 5, and I was afraid that I wasn’t going to go back to sleep, but the next thing I knew my alarm was going off.
It’s a good thing I don’t need as much sleep as I used to. I used to need 9 every weekday night, and 10-12 on the weekends. If I didn’t get that much I was just dragging. But now I’m ok if I get 8 on weekdays and 9 on the weekends. Of course more is always better! 😀
It’s funny how much sleep really affects us. With just that little bit less of sleep I was a total reck, but give me a good solid 9 hours, and I’m all better!
On a side note: Don’t think I’ve forgotten my water only reports, I just haven’t taken a shower since last friday. It wasn’t planned, but I’ve just been so tired lately. I’m planning on taking a shower either tonight or tomorrow morning. So I’ll give my normal report then.
