This is a list of all of the dragon breeds and their descriptions at the different stages.
They are listed in alphabetical order by name.
I have included the adult dragons that I have (and I have most of them) with each breed as an example.
The few that I’m missing will be updated as soon as I get that dragon.  There are a few missing descriptions as well, but those are mostly from dragons that aren’t available anymore (like the Christmas 2007), or special ones that I didn’t get during the short time they were available (like the Vampire).

Albino

EGG: You can see the baby dragon curled up inside this translucent egg.
HATCHLING 1: Its skin is smooth and doesn’t seem to have any color to it.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Albino dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl–a shriek instead of a roar.

Balloon

EGG: This light egg is floating in the air.
HATCHLING 1: It’s very light and enjoys bouncing all around.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: “Balloon” dragons are so named because they are filled with a gas that makes them almost lighter than air, similar to balloons. However, they are not prone to “bursting,” as they are covered in tough skin and can deflate themselves if necessary. However, they generally are slow moving. They use their gas bladders to float to the tops of trees, where food is more abundant. They can shift their weight from their backs to their fronts, allowing them to reach leaves and fruit.

Black

EGG: This egg has a faint green glow around it.
HATCHLING 1: It’s eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Black dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Black  (alternate)

EGG: This egg has a faint green glow around it.
HATCHLING 1: It’s eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Black dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Blue

EGG: This egg is sitting in a shallow puddle.
HATCHLING 1: It enjoys swimming at the nearby pond.
HATCHLING 2: It’s fins and tail have gotten bigger, and you’ve moved it to a larger body of water to swim in.
ADULT: When a serpentine water dragon matures, it loses almost all use of its legs as well as its ability to survive on land and enters the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They usually stay in the same lake their entire life, although a few live in the ocean and swim across the world.

Cheese

EGG: This egg is soft and smells uncannily like cheese.
HATCHLING 1: It appears to be made of cheese, and yet it seems alive. You wonder for a moment if it is edible.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Cheese dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must ‘live’ in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Christmas 2007

EGG: ??
HATCHLING 1: It’s very festively colored.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Christmas dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Christmas.”

Christmas 2008 – Yulestag

EGG: This egg is covered with bright, festive stripes.
HATCHLING 1: It’s very festively colored.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Christmas dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Christmas.”

Daydream

EGG: This egg is sitting on a cloud.
HATCHLING 1: It has a pink cloud that seems to follow it everywhere. You seem to be having more difficulty concentrating since it arrived.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Daydream dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spends the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they can end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Deep Sea

EGG: This egg appears to be covered in scales.
HATCHLING 1: It was born with fins instead of legs and did not seem to react well to freshwater, so you placed it in the nearby ocean.
HATCHLING 2: Its dorsal fin has grown larger, and it rarely surfaces anymore. It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Deep sea dragons, as their name suggests, spend most of their time in the darkest depths of the sea. They have a bioluminous dorsal spine that serves to attract pray and communicate with their own kind. As with many deep sea animals, they generally eat whatever they can manage to abait. They rarely leave the ocean floor, surfacing only during breeding season. When they do choose to travel to the shallower depths, they avoid bright lights and will only come up far away from shore.

Dorsal

EGG: This egg has multiple bands of color on it.
HATCHLING 1: It has brightly colored dorsal fins on its back.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Dorsal dragons are so named because they have large fins along their backs that can be raised and lowered at will. They use these fins to regulate body temperature; They raise them to cool off when they become overheated. The bright colors on the fins double as a means of attracting mates.

Frilled

EGG: This egg has strange markings on it.
HATCHLING 1: It has large frills on its head.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Frilled dragons are smaller than most other breeds, but when threatened, they stretch out their wings and frills to appear larger. They generally do not like to fight, and prefer hiding to confrontation. Frilled dragons live in small groups and often band together to scare off potential threats. Males also use their frills as a way to attract mates, with those displaying the “best” frills being more likely to breed.

Geode

EGG: This egg is heavy and rough, as if it were made out of rock.
HATCHLING 1: This hatchling doesn’t move much, it appears to be covered in stone.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing. However, the wings look too heavy to fly, and are filled with beautiful crystal.
ADULT: Geode dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material, as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Gold

EGG: This egg is very reflective, almost metallic looking.
HATCHLING 1: Like the egg it hatched from, it is a very shiny gold.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Green

EGG: This egg is sitting in a pile of small pebbles.
HATCHLING 1: It enjoys gathering pebbles and other small rocks and putting them in a pile.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Green dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down into the ground.

Grey

EGG: This egg is surrounded by fog.
HATCHLING 1: Ever since it hatched, the sky has been full of very dark clouds.
HATCHLING 2: It’s learned to use its new wings very fast, and now you have a hard time keeping it on the ground.
ADULT: Gray dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers, and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Guardian

EGG: This egg is sitting in front of the others.
HATCHLING 1: It has a large, shield-like object at the end of its tail that it uses for protection.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Guardian dragons have a large shield on the end of their tails. Although it appears to be heavy, it is light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Horse

EGG: This egg has strange markings on it.
HATCHLING 1: It seems to bear some semblance to a horse.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: The dragon horse has an equine-shaped body and hooves instead of claws, which allows it to be a very fast runner. It specializes in running takeoffs, which are quicker than takeoffs from a stand-still. The horse dragon is able to stalk its prey from the ground, and then quickly execute an aerial attack for the kill.

Mint

EGG: This egg is hidden behind the others, as if it is shy.
HATCHLING 1: It must be very shy, since it keeps hiding from you.
HATCHLING 2: It has gotten slightly bigger! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; They eat only plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons, since they only double in size when they mature. They cannot use any forms of magic, and cannot fly since they don’t have any wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Neotropical

EGG: This egg has strange yellow stripes.
HATCHLING 1: Ever since it hatched, it has been hiding among the tree leaves.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Neotropical dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings, gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Ochre

EGG: This egg has strange markings on it.
HATCHLING 1: It seems to like you, although it is very hyperactive and difficult to train.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Ochredrakes are a curious species, with a wide array of mutations and interesting behaviors. Not as intelligent as normal dragons, they only breed with other drake species. While they may not be bright, ochredrakes are flamboyant and fun-loving with amazing, chirping voices to sing with, and tame readily in the face of a gentle hand.

Orange

EGG: This egg has an orange aura radiating from it.
HATCHLING 1: Although, what’s with its eyes?
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Magi dragons are, as their names suggest, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is generally everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Paper

EGG: This egg is tiny and made out of several pieces of paper folded together.
HATCHLING 1: It is made out of paper, and is so small and light, you can hold it on one finger.
HATCHLING 2: The paper has rerranged itself to form little wings which it uses to glide around.
ADULT: Paper dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding. Paper dragons cannot breed, and are very susceptible to fire.

Pink

EGG: It’s bright. And Pink.
HATCHLING 1: You think it’s a girl, although you’re not sure how to check.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Pink dragons, however, are one of the only breeds of only female dragons. They eat only plants, and meat during mating season when it is brought to them by their mate. Their bright colors make them easy to spot during dragon mating season, which occurs once every 10 to 20 years and can last up to 2 years.

Pink (new)

EGG: It’s bright. And pink.
HATCHLING 1: Aww…It’s a cute baby dragon.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Pink dragons are primarly herbivores, and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Plant

EGG: This egg is sitting in a patch of grass and small flowers even though there’s no sun in the cave.
HATCHLING 1: Has a tangle of dangerous-looking vines surrounding it.
HATCHLING 2: Now there’s even more vines. Perhaps something is happening?
ADULT: Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. They are very violent, and will use these vines to capture, kill, and eat anything it sees that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, its range is limited, and it can’t use magic. Also, they tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus will be surrounded by a large clearing.

Plant  (alternate)

Purple

ADULT: Purple dragons are one of the only breeds of only female dragons. They eat only plants, and meat during mating season when it is brought to them by their mate. Their bright colors make them easy to spot during dragon mating season, which occurs once every 10 to 20 years and can last up to 2 years.

Pygmy

EGG: This egg is so tiny you almost didn’t see it.
HATCHLING 1: It can fit right in your palm.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Pygmy dragons are the smallest breed of true dragons, being the size of a small cat. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators, and to leave generous scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged, though they do hunt songbirds and small mammals when the pickings are slim. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with other varieties of dragons, but select mates within their breed.

Red

EGG: This egg is rather warm.
HATCHLING 1: It occasionally shoots small puffs of smoke from its nose, like it’s trying to breath fire.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Red dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths, and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Season – Spring

EGG: The markings on this egg match the weather outside.
HATCHLING 1: It perfectly depicts spring weather.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Seasonal dragons take on the characteristics of the season they are born in. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of Spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in Autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during Winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Season – Summer

Silver

EGG: This egg gives off a beautiful glow.
HATCHLING 1: It’s a cute baby dragon. It gives off a glow that lights up the cave.
HATCHLING 2: Look, it’s grown frills, and the glow around it has become even brighter.
ADULT FEMALE: Silver dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains, and like all female dragons, eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans, dragons, and animals alike.
ADULT MALE: Silver dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male silver dragons, hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Skywing

EGG: This egg has strange markings on it.
HATCHLING 1: Unlike the other hatchlings, this one hatched with wings.
HATCHLING 2: It’s back legs have become a second set of wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Skywing dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are one of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Split

EGG: This egg is split down the middle into two colors.
HATCHLING 1: Oddly enough, it has two heads that seem to enjoy playing with each other.
HATCHLING 2: Its color appears to have changed, and it is now one solid color!
ADULT: Two headed dragons are a special breed of dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads work usually together, but there are times when they will fight each other, attacking back and forth. They use their sharp teeth and wings to hunt large animals, and rarely eat plants. It is unknown what would happen if a two headed dragon were to mate with a one headed dragon, since it has never occurred. They only mate within their breed.

Stone

EGG: This egg is heavy and rough, as if it were made out of rock.
HATCHLING 1: It stays inanimate most of the time except the occasional flicker of movement, and when it eats.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Stone dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

Striped

EGG: This egg has brightly colored markings on it.
HATCHLING 1: It spends its time pouncing on insects.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing, and it is now covered in brightly colored stripes.
ADULT: Striped dragons come in a dazzling array of colors, complimented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the dragon is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Sunrise

EGG: This egg is glowing as brightly as the sun.
HATCHLING 1: It enjoys sunning itself in the morning light.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Sunrise dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise dragons prefer to live in large groups, and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Sunset

EGG: This egg is glowing as brightly as the sun.
HATCHLING 1: Its belly is bright red, and it is most active in the evening.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Sunset dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Vampire

EGG: ??
HATCHLING 1: ??
HATCHLING 2: ??
ADULT: Vampire dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with its fangs and injecting a venom that kills the baby inside.

Waterhorse

EGG: This egg is slimy and blue.
HATCHLING 1: It’s kind of shaky on its feet and enjoys playing in puddles.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Waterhorse dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons, and enjoy playing with humans.

Water Walker

EGG: This egg seems to be floating on a puddle.
HATCHLING 1: It has long toes, and likes to wander around on lily pads.
HATCHLING 2: Its toes have grown longer and developed webbing! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Water walkers are small dragon that are frequently found around bogs and ponds. While they are flightless, they retain the flight sacs and hollow bones of their airborne cousins. These traits, coupled with their extraordinarily long, webbed toes, allow them to stand on top of calm waters, using their small sails propel them wherever they please. They spend the majority of their life on the water, retreating to the tops of lily pads when the waters become too rough to float atop.

Whiptail

EGG: This egg shakes from time to time, as if it is eager to hatch.
HATCHLING 1: It is so full of energy that you have a hard time keeping up with it.
HATCHLING 2: And look! It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: Feisty and energetic, whiptail dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

White

EGG: This egg has a very clean look. It’s completely devoid of dirt and scratches.
HATCHLING 1: It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.
HATCHLING 2: It’s grown its wings! It must be close to maturing.
ADULT: White dragons are pacifists, and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants, and never kill living things.

I don’t have any of these breeds, so they will just have the descriptions and not the images unless someone offers to use their dragon as the example.

Blue Dino

EGG: This egg looks like it doesn’t belong, it is brightly colored with white spots. It’s much lighter than the other eggs.
HATCHLING 1: You were right, it’s not the same species as the other eggs. So if it’s not a dragon, what is it?
HATCHLING 2: It’s gotten bigger! Maybe it’ll reach its full size soon.
ADULT: ??

Green Dino
